Anthony Lawley brings over 20 years of extensive experience in workforce strategy for the mining and industrial sectors. As a bilingual Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL), he specializes in connecting skilled workers with critical industry needs and supporting organizations in building strong, reliable teams.
Marc Bilodeau
General Manager
Marc Bilodeau has over four decades of leadership experience in mine development and workplace safety, managing large-scale mining projects in underground, open-pit, and milling operations.

H&S and Training Manager
Gary Gagain is an OHS professional with over 30 years of expertise in training compliance, risk management, and program development. He has led safety initiatives across mining and industrial sectors, contributing to multiple zero-harm records.
